Ingredients:
1 cup mango, diced
1 cup carrot juice, chilled
1 cup strawberry, frozen, unsweetened, quartered
1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine mango and carrot juice in blender.
2. Add strawberries and red bell pepper.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Top with a swirl of carrot strips, if desired, and serve immediately.
