Best Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Yum is all I can say - Healthy in that they're vegan and all natural.....fat free? No Way!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups spelt flour
1 1/4 cups oat flour (to make, grind approximately 2 cups rolled oats in food processor until a fine, flour consistency)
1 1/8 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/8 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 cups walnuts
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Add all of the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined (dough will be wet). Roll the dough into balls. Place on greased cookie sheets, and flatten the balls slightly.
2. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
