Best Vegan Banana Bread

Submitted by TRAINRIDER. Light and fluffy, great for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients:
3 bananas, the riper the better
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 dash salt
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350*F.
2. Mist a loaf pan with oil.
3. In a large bowl, mash the 3 bananas with a fork until mostly smooth.
4. Add oil, and mix throughly.
5. Add baking powder and dash of salt to the mixture, and stir.
6. Add flour and sugar; stir until combined.
7. Pour batter into the loaf pan.
8. Bake for 40 minutes, or until top is lightly golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
9. Enjoy this light fluffy banana bread right out of the oven, or after a few days.
10. I like to spread applesauce and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
