Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cup fat free yogurt
4 tbsp wheat germ
2 banana
Directions:
1. add 1 cup fat free yogurt to blender
2. add frozen blueberries, frozen strawberry halves and wheat germ
3. add remaining yogurt and blend on high until creamy
4. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 24 hours
5. High in Fiber!
