Best Coconut Pie

Because I love coconut.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
0.5 (3 1/2 ounce) box jell-o pudding mix
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 (13 ounce) can milk
2 cups coconut
1 store bought pie crust
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add the flour, stir.
3. Add the pudding mix, stir.
4. Add the margarine, milk and vanilla, stir.
5. Add the coconut and stir up real good.
6. Pour it in the pie crust
7. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 45 minutes, until done.
8. Each pie serve 8.
