Best Bread Pudding

My mom makes this and it never lasts more than two days!! It's sooo good!
Ingredients:
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups torn bread
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Mix together the first six ingredients. Then fold in the bread and sprinkle raisins on top so they don't fall to the bottom.
2. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Put this pan into a 9x13 pan with about 1 inch of water added. (A water bath to keep the bread moist).
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
