Healthy easy to make bran muffins, can make batch and freeze for convenience!
Ingredients:
1 15 oz box of bran flakes
1 qt buttermilk
1cu veg oil
1cu sugar
4 beaten eggs
5 cu flour
1 tsp salt
5 tsp baking soda
optional ingredients; raisins, apple, carrot, zucchini
Directions:
1. Blend first five ingredients together w/ eggs
2. add to the flour ,salt , soda
3. mix together cover and refrigerate for 6 hours
4. bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
5. batter will keep for two weeks in fridge if you don't add your extras until time to bake.
