A delicious and healthy way to start your day! The spinach, carrot juice and flax seed are all for extra vitamins and nutirents. The taste is undetectable and thus makes it an excellent way to get nutrients if your not so keen on the taste :)
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed berries
1 banana
1 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 cup spinach
2 tbsp carrot juice
1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Blend together and enjoy!
2. If you want it colder also add some ice to your discretion :)
