Berry Vanilla Smoothie

A great-tasting, thick smoothie with no added sugar. A great source of fiber, protein, omega-3, calcium, and vitamin C.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup soy milk
30 g vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp flaxseeds
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed or ice-crush/smoothie/frozen drink setting (no ice is needed since the fruit is frozen)
2. If the blender is having trouble blending, add a little bit of water at a time so the smoothie will still be very thick (or add extra soymilk or plain yogurt)
3. Blend until smooth, but don't overblend
4. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
5. (Add extra liquids for a not-so-thick version, or use fresh fruit)
