Saw this in my New York State insurance carrier's leaflet. Wanted to post before I misplaced it.
Ingredients:
2 cups blackberries
2 cups blueberries
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 cup nonfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups ice
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
