Whey Crisps have made a great recipe yet again full of more protein for a healthier diet!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup berries
1 (6 ounce) container yogurt
1/2 cup ice cube
1/4 cup low-fat milk
2 tablespoons protein powder
Directions:
1. Enter the liquid ingredients and powder into a blender. Mix for 20 seconds or until everything is well mixed.
2. Add ice and blend until all of the cubes are crushed and the mixture is smooth.
3. Finally, add the berries and blend for about 10 seconds or until the berries are mixed inches Don't blend too long or the berries will be liquefied.
