Berry Rice Salad

Quick and easy way to use leftover rice...either white or brown. Try this with other fruits as desired. Here, cooking time is actually chilling time
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups long-grain rice, cooked and chilled
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 lime juice (fresh is best)
1/2 cup strawberry, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup green grape, seedless
Directions:
1. Whisk yogurt, sugar and lime juice until smooth.
2. Slice grapes in half.
3. Combine berries with a light toss, add rice and toss.
4. Add yogurt mixture to rice-fruit mixture and toss again.
