This came from High Fiber High Protein Vegetarian Breakfast. I haven't tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 cup blue berry yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup blueberries, and or sliced strawberry
2 tablespoons granola cereal
1 teaspoon crushed walnuts or 1 teaspoon almonds
2 teaspoons grated dark chocolate
Directions:
1. In individual cups or a large bowl, combine the yogurt, cottage cheese, berries, granola and nuts.
2. Grate the chocolate over the top.
