Berry Mocha Fudge

This is a very good fudge. The raspberry chocolate chips are awesome. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1/4 pound butter
12 ounces evaporated milk
3-1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee
10 ounces raspberry chocolate chips
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate
7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. In heavy saucepan melt butter.
2. Add evaporated milk, sugar and coffee.
3. Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly until temperature reaches 235 on candy thermometer.
4. Remove from heat and add chips and the bittersweet chocolate stirring until melted.
5. Add marshmallow cream and stir until mixed in.
6. Stir in vanilla.
7. Pour into lightly greased rectangular pan.
8. Cut into squares when cool.
