A refreshing, non-dairy smoothie from the LCBO magazine.
Ingredients:
2 whole ripe bananas, broken into large pieces
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
mint sprig
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth. Chill mixture in fridge until cold and serve garnished with mint sprigs.
