Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups ice
1 cup fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (china cinnamon is best)
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Use the ice crush function to blend until smooth.
