Nice and tart, this makes a perfect thirst quencher on a hot day.
Ingredients:
1/4 lime, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons blueberries
2 tablespoons blackberries
2 cups cold sparkling water
Directions:
1. Put lime and berries in a large cocktail shaker. Add 1 tbsp. water; mash well with a muddler or end of a wooden spoon.
2. Stir in sparkling water, cover, then strain into an ice-filled glass (for a clearer drink, pour through cheesecloth).
