Ingredients:

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Combine granulated sugar, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt in a medium bown.
  3. Gently toss with thawed or fresh berries.
  4. Divide fruit evenly between two 12 oz ramekins.
  5. Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt together in a medium bowl.
  6. Add butter and use your fingers to blend the ingredients until you have dime sized clumps.
  7. Sprinkle the topping over the berries.
  8. Place crumbles on a rimmed cookie sheet and bake until filling is bubbly, about 30 minutes.
  9. Rotate dish half way through baking time.
  10. Place on wired rack and cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
