Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
3 cups chilled pineapple juice
3 cups chilled club soda
Directions:
1.
Process strawberries and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth.

Pour in to a pitcher.
3.
Stir in pineapple juice and club soda.
4.
Serve over crushed ice.
