Bonanza incorporates a multitude of delicious and nutritious ingredients from whey protein, to raw spinach, to greek yogurt. Perfect for breakfast, after school or workout snack, or as a meal replacement. Ideal for kids and teens who need something substantial to get them through late evening practices & tie them over until dinner!
Ingredients:
1 cup ice
1 cup water
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop whey protein, mix vanilla
1 cup packed raw spinach (or more if you can get away with it!)
1/2 cup greek plain yogurt
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until well mixed. The banana and whey protein mix add the perfect amount of sweetness!
