Ingredients:
2 cups apple juice
1/2 cup lemonade
1 1/2 cups frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
1 cup sherbet (your choice of flavor)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Mix on low speed for 30 seconds then blend on high speed until smooth.
