There are hundreds of smoothie recipes but this is my favorite. This came about by accident due to me running out of my favorite raspberry yogurt. You can use any flavor of yogurt but for some reason the black cherry really makes this zing!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberrie
1 cup low-fat milk (or skim)
1 (6 ounce) container plain fat-free yogurt, black cherry flavor, i use chobani
Directions:
1. Place all ingrdients in a blender (I use a majic bullet) and blend untill smooth. Enjoy before it melts!
