A high-fiber, high-protein drink that will get you started on your day.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 banana
6 strawberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Blend eggs, flax seed, wheat germ honey and milk in a blender.
2. Add strawberries.
3. Break (or cut) banana into 5-6 equal pieces and add to blender.
4. If consistency is too thick, add milk. If too thin, add a few extra strawberries or another banana.
