This so verstile and easy! Use any combination so desired, for the nectars or/& the yogurts.
Ingredients:
4 cups low-fat blueberry yogurt or 4 cups raspberry low-fat yogurt
2 cups peach nectar or 2 cups pear juice
4 ripe bananas
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and then serve.
2. Yummy!
