creamy blueberry smoothie with a healthy dose of fiber! I got this recipe from The Complete Idiot's Guide to Eating Clean.
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
1 cup unsweetened soymilk
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch cinnamon
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
