Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup fresh blueberries or 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries, thawed
1 medium ripe banana, peeled
4 ounces sugar, free fat free vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine milk and ice cubes in a blender, cover, and whip until icy smooth.
2. Add fruit and whip again.
3. Add yogurt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, then blend until combined. Serve immediately.
