Ingredients:
1/3 cup regular oats (not instant)
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries (or fresh)
1/4 cup light vanilla soymilk (or lowfat regular milk flavored with vanilla extract)
1 tbs sugar-free fat-free vanilla instant pudding mix (or regular vanilla instant pudding mix)
1 tsp coffee-mate sugar free french vanilla powdered creamer (or regular vanilla creamer)
1 no-calorie sweetener packet (or honey to taste)
dash salt
Directions:
1. Combine powdered creamer with oats and cook oats as directed on package, substituting soymilk for water. Add pudding mix to pot of cooked oats, mix well. Transfer oatmeal to a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
