Ingredients:
1 fresh pineapple peel,cored,cubed
1 quart(s) fresh strawberries quartered
1 cup(s) fresh blueberries
2 fuji apples chopped, unpeeled
4 oranges peeled, sectioned
2 bananas sliced
1 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) almond extract
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine fruit in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour ove fruit mixture, tossing lightly. Chill 2-3 hours. Yields 14-16 servings
