A definite cupboard experiment and one of my favorite ones.
Ingredients:
1 can cranberry sauce
1 can black beans
1 large can yams
1 cup brown rice
2 cups water
1 tsp. butter
Directions:
1. Boil water, cook rice according to directions.
2. Heat yams and beans in a saucepan. Stir in cranberry sauce, heat until it's melted.
3. Serve beans over the rice.
