Serves 4 or 5. Do not boil.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon finely chopped green onion
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
and dash cayenne
2 1/2 cups halved cooked beets, drained
Directions:
1. Combine 1/4 cup dair sour cream, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon finely chopped green onion, 3/4 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash cayenne.
2. Add suace to 2 1/ 2 cups halved cooked beets, drained.
3. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally to coat beets enenly. (Do not boil.)
4. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
