1 c = 100 cals (uses 4 beets, 1 sweet potato, 2 cans starchy beans)
Ingredients:
4 c cabbage
1 large onion
2 carrots
6 stalk celery
8 oz sweet potato
1 c beets
32 oz canned green beans
32 oz canned tomato , diced
16 oz wax beans
1 lg sweet pepper
2 c black beans
2 c butter beans
3 c broccoli
1 c cauliflower
1/2 c water chestnut canned , sliced
Directions:
1. , dice, slice, grate, shred as desired, add 8 packs/cubes salt free bullion, spice to taste and cook all until tender
