Ingredients:
1 yellow beet, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks
1 red beet, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks
6 inches daikon radishes, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and let stand at least 1/2 hour.
2. Season to taste before serving.
