Beer Sausages in Beer Sauce

This is a good and quick appetizer. We use all different types of sausage and sometimes even add pineapple.
Ingredients:
2 lbs polish sausage, cooked
1 cup beer
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup mustard
1 tablespoon horseradish
Directions:
1. Cut cooked sausages into 1/2 inch slices.
2. In skillet combine sausage and beer. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
3. Stir in vinegar, horseradish and mustard. Add to sausages. Cook and stir until bubbly.
4. Keep warm and serve warm using toothpicks.
