Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups biscuit and baking mix
1/2 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 teaspoons dried mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 (12 ounce) beer
Directions:

Combine dry ingredients; stir in beer just until moistened.

Fill muffin cups that have been coated with cooking spray about 2/3 full of batter. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes.
