Beer Battered Fried Vegetables

These are incredible. What a great appetizer to put out at parties. Enjoy
Ingredients:
oil for frying
1 envelope golden onion soup mix
1 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
1/2 cup beer
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup chilled mozzarella cheese cubes
Directions:
1. Combine soup mix, flour, baking powder, eggs, beer and mustard.
2. Stir until well combined.
3. Heat oil then dip vegetables and cheese in batter and fry until golden brown.
4. Serve warm sprinkled with your favorite seasoning.
