Beer Batter Fried Zucchini Sticks

Was making supper last night and didn't feel like making my usual sauteed zucchini so I tried it dipped in beer batter and fried....It's a vegetable so it has to be good for you, right!!!!!
Ingredients:
oil to fry
1 12 oz can beer
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
flour to dredge
2 large zucchinis, sliced in half crosswise then lengthwise into 1/2 inch sticks

Directions:
1. In dutch oven, heat oil to 350-375
2. Preheat oven to 225
3. Add beer to mixing bowl
4. Sift flour, salt and paprika
5. Add to beer, whisking until smooth
6. Dredge zucchini sticks in flour
7. Cover in batter
8. In batches, fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side
9. With spider, remove from oil to cooling rack that's been placed over a baking pan
10. Sprinkle with salt
11. Place baking pan in warmed oven in between batches to keep hot
