Beefy Green Bean and Walnut Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
16 ounces frozen cut green beans, thawed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnut pieces
8 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
Directions:
1. In large skillet, heat oil and garlic over medium heat, about 30 seconds.
2. Add beef and beans; sprinkle with salt. Mix well.
3. Cook 5 minutes or until beef is well browned, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in walnuts; cook 2 minutes more.
5. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
