Beefy Fajitas with a Twist

Steak strips are sauteed with bell pepper and onion to roll up in tortillas with a saucy gravy.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless beef top round steak, cut into strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into 2-inch strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 (10.25 ounce) can campbell's® beef gravy
8 (8 inch) flour tortilla, warmed
shredded cheddar cheese
pace® chunky salsa
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often.
2. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
3. Add gravy and heat through. Spoon beef mixture into tortillas. Top with cheese and salsa and wrap. Makes 8 fajitas.
