Beefy Enchilada Skillet

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 (17 1/2 ounce) jar pace enchilada sauce
8 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch squares
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
chopped green onion
Directions:
1. COOK ground beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
2. ADD enchilada sauce, tortillas and half the cheese. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minute or until hot.
3. TOP with remaining cheese. Serve with sour cream and green onions.
