Beef With Broccoli

Ingredients:
1/2 lb beef, sliced very fine
1 lb broccoli
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sherry wine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons salt
6 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Cut broccoli spears, then split into 2 or 4 sections.
2. Slice stalk into thin slices.
3. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, sherry and beef.
4. Heat 3 Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
5. Stir-fry broccoli 1 minute; add 2 Tblsp. water; cook 2 more minutes; remove from pan; set aside.
6. Heat 3 more Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
7. Stir-fry beef mixture 2 minutes.
8. Add broccoli to beef and stir well 2 more minutes.
9. Serve hot.
