We didn't have fresh parsley or chopped mint (optional), but it turned out okay. We used a bit of Italian seasoning (dried mixed herbs) and Johnny's Seasoning Salt to substitute the Mixed Spice, salt, and pepper.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp margarine (canola oil)
450 g minced beef
10 ml (2 tsp) chopped parsley
4 tbsp rice, cooked
1/2 onion, skinned and grated
1 pinch dried mixed herbs
1 pinch ground mixed spice (all spice / pumpkin pie spice)
500 ml stock
12 cabbage leaves
1 salt and pepper
