Beef Strognaoff with Noodles

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup(s) chooped onion
1 1/2 cup(s) water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
12 sliced mushroom ('4oz)
2 cup(s) (16 oz) reduced fat sour cream
3 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
1 package(s) wide noodle-style pasta, uncooked
salt & pepper to taste
chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions:
1. In larger skillet over medium-high heat, cook meat and onions until meat is brown and onion is tender
2. Add water, bouillon cubes and Worcestershire; heat to boiling, stirring until to dissolve bouillon
3. Stir in mushrooms; reduce heat
4. Stir together sour cream and flour; add to beef mixture
5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens; do not boil
6. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions
7. Plate hot pasta, add sauces mixture to pasta, salt & pepper to taste; sprinkle with parsley
