Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
1/2 pound(s) beef round steak
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion
4 cup(s) egg noodles
1/2 can(s) fat free cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup(s) fat free sour cream
1 tablespoon(s) flour
1/2 cup(s) water
Directions:
1. In nonstick frying pan, saute onions about 5 minutes. Add beef and continue to cook for nother 5 minutes or until the beef is tender and browned throughout. Drain and set aside.
2. Fill large pot 3/4 full with water and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until tender, 10-12 minutes, Drain throughly.
3. In a saucepan, whisk together the soup, water and flour over medium heat. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
4. Add soup mixture and paprika to the beef in the frying pan. Over medium heat, stir the mixture until warmed through. Remove from heat and add the sour cream. Stir until combined.
5. Spoon beef mixture over noodles.
