Ingredients:
1/2 cup onion |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 1/2 lbs hamburger |
1 tablespoon catsup |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef bouillon |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Brown onions in butter and add remaining ingredients (except sour cream). 2. Simmer 1/2 hour. 3. Just before serving, add sour cream. 4. Serve on hot egg noodles or rice or mashed potatoes. |
