Beef Stir Fry With Green Pepper, Onion & Gravy

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add beef strips to pan.
  2. Sprinkle meat tenderizer onto meat and let sit a few minutes.
  3. Brown meat.
  4. Drain.
  5. Add seasoning salt and black pepper.
  6. Add sliced onion and green pepper to pan.
  7. Saute onion and green pepper with meat.
  8. Add water to pan.
  9. Add brown gravy mix to pan.
  10. Stir well.
  11. Simmer on medium low for approximatley 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
