Beef Stew (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb stew beef
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 16 oz. carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 6.33 g bacon (1 slice)

Directions:

  1. Slice carrots, potatoes, and onion
  2. Put veggies and stew beef (1 inch cubes) into slow cooker
  3. Crumble in 1 slice bacon
  4. Mix seasoning pack with beef broth, pour over meat and veggies
  5. Toss to evenly coat
  6. Cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours)
