Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease (lightly) a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Over a medium heat, brown the stew meat in a large skillet then drain and place aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix together the tomatoes, bouillon granules, tapioca, sugar, salt, pepper and water. Add in the beef, celery, onion, carrots, potatoes and bread cubes then pour into the baking dish.
  4. Bake, covered, for 2 hours, or until the meat and vegetables become tender.
