YUMMMMY on a cold night!
Ingredients:
3/4 pound beef, round, bottom round
3 small potatoes
2 stalks of celery
2 carrots
15 ounces tomato puree
1 medium onion
2 teaspoons chicken boullion
1/4 pound green beans
1 tablespoon flour
1 quart water
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Directions:
1. Cut beef into cubes. Dredge in flour, salt pepper and rosemary. Brown in a hot pan that has been coated lightly with cooking spray. Set aside. Peel and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each. Peel and cut carrots into 1/2 inch pieces. Cut celery into 1/4 inch slices. Dice onion. Cut green beans. Cook slow cooker with cooking spray. Add veggies and meat to slow cooker. Add tomato puree, water and boullion, toss to coat. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
