Hearty beef stew with carrots and potatoes. Great comfort food
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat
2 cups potatoes
2 cups chopped carrots
1 small onion, sliced
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
2 (16 ounce) envelopes beef stew spice mix, mccormicks brand
4 cups water
Directions:
1. From frozen, no need to defrost, just drop it in the slow cooker and cook
2. for 7-8 hours on low (minimum internal temperature of 145°F).
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
