Beef Round Roast

This is a modified version of Easy Onion Pot Roast
Ingredients:
1 cup onion, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 round roast (approx. 3 pounds)
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup water
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
2. Spread half of the onions on the bottom of a roaster.
3. Rinse roast under the tap, pat dry with paper towel, and place on onion mixture.
4. Sprinkle pepper and salt on roast.
5. Cover with garlic and remaining onions.
6. Mix water and worcestershire sauce, and pour over roast.
7. Cover and cook in preheated oven for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, or until roast is tender, basting often.
8. After done cooking, let roast stand for 10-15 minutes in order to carve more easily.
